How to return
Get in touch
Email us at info@numbd.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Ship it back
Once approved, send the item back to us in its original, unopened packaging. Return postage is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service.
Receive your refund
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 — 7 working days.

- Items returned after 14 days
- Products with broken seals
- Items damaged through misuse
Received a faulty or damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@numbd.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return postage.
