NUMB'D is a trading name of INKD INNOVATIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 313 North End Road, London, SW6 1NN. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to INKD INNOVATIONS LTD, and "you" and "your" refer to the user of our website and services.

Use of our website

By accessing and using numbd.co.uk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the site.

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, the server on which it is stored or any server, computer or database connected to it.

Products and descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and information on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, complete or current. Colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices listed on our website are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time you place your order. In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment is taken at the point of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. A binding contract between you and INKD INNOVATIONS LTD is formed at the point we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock limitations or errors in product or pricing information. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Shipping and delivery

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard — 3 to 5 working days (£4.29)
• Tracked 48 — tracked delivery within 2 working days (£5.99)
• Next working day by 1pm — order before 12 noon, Mon to Fri (£9.99)

Free standard delivery is available on UK orders over £50. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers, customs processing or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Faulty or damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage for faulty items.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the returned item. For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product use and safety

Our products are formulated for use on intact skin unless otherwise stated (such as our Rescue Numb Spray, which is designed for use on broken skin during tattoo sessions). Do not use on open wounds, damaged or infected skin unless the product is specifically indicated for that purpose.

Do not consume alcohol within 24 hours of use, as this may reduce the effectiveness and duration of the numbing effect. If you experience any adverse reaction such as excessive redness, swelling, blistering or prolonged irritation, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

NUMB'D products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a known allergy to lidocaine or prilocaine, or have a pre-existing skin condition, consult your doctor before use. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow product instructions or from pre-existing medical conditions.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names, designs and software, is the property of INKD INNOVATIONS LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from our website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use such as viewing, bookmarking or printing pages for your own reference.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INKD INNOVATIONS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless INKD INNOVATIONS LTD, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these terms, your use of our website or products, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing law

These terms of service and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
