Shipping policy
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and dispatched Monday to Friday. We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you're ready for your session.
UK delivery options
Order processing
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Next day cut-off
To qualify for next working day delivery, your order must be placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day and delivered the day after.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply for orders outside of the UK and are the responsibility of the recipient.
