Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how NUMB'D subscriptions work, how to manage or cancel them, and your rights when you subscribe. By starting a subscription you agree to the terms below.

How the subscription works

When you choose Subscribe & Save on a NUMB'D kit, you save 10% on every order. Your kit is delivered automatically on a 90 day cycle, so you stay stocked before each session without having to reorder. The 10% saving applies to every delivery for as long as your subscription is active.

Billing and renewals

Your first payment is taken when you place the order. After that, you are charged automatically on the same 90 day cycle, using the payment method saved to your account. Each charge covers the next delivery.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date, and you can do this yourself from your account, so you stay in full control of when, and whether, you are charged again.

Skip, pause or cancel anytime

There is no minimum number of orders and no lock-in. From your account you can:

  • Skip a delivery if you are stocked up and do not need the next one.
  • Pause your subscription and restart it whenever you are ready.
  • Cancel completely, with no fees and no questions.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, make your change before your next renewal date. Any change you make takes effect from your next scheduled order onward. If a payment has already been taken and the order has been processed, that order will still ship, and your change applies from the following cycle.

Managing your subscription

Everything is handled in your account. Log in, open your subscriptions, and you can change your next delivery date, skip or pause an order, update your address or payment details, or cancel. Changes are instant and you will see them reflected straight away.

Your right to cancel your first order (cooling-off period)

If you are a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your first order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To use this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item unused and in resalable condition. Once we receive it, we will refund what you paid for that order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it arrived faulty or incorrect.

This 14 day cooling-off right applies to your first subscription order. It does not create an ongoing refund right on later renewal deliveries, those are managed by cancelling future orders as described above.

Refunds on renewal orders

Because you can skip, pause or cancel before any renewal, we do not refund renewal deliveries once the payment has been taken and the order has shipped. If something is wrong with an order, for example it arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will put it right.

Price changes

If the price of a kit or the subscription saving ever changes, we will let you know in advance so you can decide whether to continue. Any change will only apply to deliveries after the date we tell you about.
